Erdoğan may visit Uzbekistan in March

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan received the Council of Elders delegation of the Organization of Turkic States at Vahdettin Mansion in Istanbul.

At the meeting, a representative of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saifullayev stressed that thanks to the political will of the President of Uzbekistan, not only the atmosphere in Central Asia was completely renewed and good neighborly relations were restored, but also strong fraternal ties were established with the member states of the Organization of Turkic States, and its full-fledged activities were established.

The President of Turkey supported Saifullayev’s opinion and said that he plans to visit Tashkent at the end of March this year.

He expressed confidence that the summit of the Organization of Turkic States, which will be held in autumn in Uzbekistan, will be important to bring the activities of the Organization to a new level.
