Uzbekistan, Turkey consider strengthening cooperation in education
On February 14, 2022, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Gayrat Fozilov met with the Turkish Maarif Foundation Board of Trustees Chairman Birol Akgün.

During the meeting, it was noted that thanks to the political will of the leaders of the two countries, Uzbek-Turkish relations are developing dynamically in all areas.
Opportunities for further intensification of cooperation in the field of education were considered.
The parties expressed confidence that the upcoming meetings of the Turkish delegation in the relevant ministries and departments of Uzbekistan will allow the exchange of experience and outline specific plans for cooperation in the areas of personnel training, development of curricula, and the introduction of advanced educational technologies.
