Calculating salaries of employees of budget organizations to be automated

The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On measures to organize the activities of the Inspectorate of State Financial Control under the Ministry of Finance and improve financial control in budget organizations” was adopted.

The State Financial Control Inspectorate has the status of a legal entity and is funded from the state budget.

In order to automate the implementation of salaries and equivalent payments in budget organizations:

•  From May 1, 2022, the list of employees in budget organizations (except for information constituting a state secret or other secret protected by law) for the transfer of salaries and equivalent payments to bank plastic cards will be sent from the information system of the Ministry of Finance through the CB information system to the information system of the relevant commercial bank only in electronic form;
•  From January 1, 2023, the experience of automated calculation of salaries and equivalent payments to employees of organizations in the system of the Ministry of Preschool Education, the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education and the Ministry of Health will be introduced.
•  From January 1, 2023, the practice of budget organizations’ budget requests, cost estimates and staffing tables in paper form will be abolished and the procedure for their registration in full electronic form will be introduced, except for information constituting a state secret or other secret protected by law.
