Uzbekistan importing mobile phones mainly from China and Vietnam – Statistics Committee

According to the State Statistics Committee, mobile phone imports increased by 320.9 thousand compared to the same period last year.

Major suppliers of mobile phones to the market of Uzbekistan during the period under review:

• China - 741,546 units;
• Vietnam - 121,376 units;
• India - 62,612 units;
• UAE - 46,137 units;
• Kazakhstan - 3,663 units;
• Republic of Korea - 1286 units.

In terms of months, most phones were imported in March – 286,056 and in February - 284,461.
