“Admission period for applicants from Karakalpakstan will be extended” - Ministry of Higher Education
The Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education has announced that due to the Internet problem in Karakalpakstan, the admission will be extended for applicants from Karakalpakstan. The Ministry did not clarify the admission period.

The ministry has announced that due to some technical malfunctions in the Internet system in the territory of Karakalpakstan, there are interruptions in the online submission of documents. Therefore, the admission will be extended for applicants from Karakalpakstan.
“This process has been fully controlled by the government, and it is expected that the period of online registration will be extended for Karakalpakstan youth who did not have time to submit documents.
This issue will soon be resolved positively, and information about it will be sent to applicants from Karakalpakstan and their parents (Beeline, Uzmobile, Ucell, UMS, Perfectum mobile) in the form of SMS messages, as well as through regional TV channels,” the official report reads.
For information, online application processes for higher education institutions and vocational schools for the 2022/2023 academic year will continue until July 20.
Earlier, in an interview with Kun.uz, the deputy director of the State Testing Center, Sardor Rajabov, informed that applicants from Karakalpakstan will not be ignored and will be given equal opportunities.
