Uzbekistan increases mobile phone imports, mainly from China

In January-September 2022, Uzbekistan imported 2,178,575 mobile phones worth $144.5 million.

According to the State Statistics Committee, the import of mobile phones to Uzbekistan increased by 255,621 compared to the corresponding period of last year.

During the reporting period, Uzbekistan imported mobile phones mainly from the following countries:

— China – 1.6 million
— UAE – 247.4 thousand
— Vietnam – 156.5 thousand
— India – 153.8 thousand
— Kazakhstan – 25.4 thousand
— South Korea – 2.1 thousand
