Sardor Umurzakov holds a meeting on energy issues 

According to a Kun.uz correspondent, officials have been given additional tasks to eliminate shortcomings in the energy system. 

Sardor Umurzakov pointed to serious shortcomings in the work of officials responsible for preparing for the winter period and delays in preparing for the season.  

In order to promptly and systematically resolve issues in the field of energy supply, the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction, the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade were instructed to organize round-the-clock staff. 

Also, the issue of additional supplies of natural and liquefied gas, electricity and coal to the regions was discussed separately with the leaders of the energy sector. 

In order to establish a system of daily control over these issues, advisers to the president and deputy prime ministers were attached to each regional khokim.
