“Uztemiryulyulovchi” JSC officially responds to accusations against mass purchase of tickets by speculators

According to the press service of “Uztemiryulyulovchi” JSC, the company provides railway transport services for the delivery of residents of our country and tourists to their destination.

“The demand for rail transport increases during the holidays traditionally celebrated in our country, during the winter holidays, as well as during the tourist season.

Due to the safety and reliability of rail transport, passengers buy tickets 1 month or more before the departure date. Therefore, the absence of tickets on the eve of the holidays misleads many.

“Uztemiryulyulovchi” JSC provides additional passenger trains and additional wagons as far as possible.

Today, train tickets cannot be bought by speculators at all, due to the fact that tickets are issued to passengers on the basis of identity documents and are checked on modern equipment at the entrance to stations.

At the moment, 12 trips of 6 high-speed trains “Afrosiyob” are made daily. About 30 passenger trains run to all regions of our republic. More than 25,000 passengers are delivered to their destination by rail every day.

In order to make it easier for passengers to purchase tickets, the sale of e-tickets has been launched.

Passengers can purchase tickets 45 days in advance through the Uzrailwaytickets app and chipta.railway.uz website,” the company said in a statement.
