Allegedly, the candidate was approved for this position by the majority of deputies. Now Surayyo Rakhmonova’s candidacy must also be approved by the Senate.
For information, Surayyo Rahmonova was born in 1978 in Tashkent.
She is a graduate of the Tashkent State Law University. In 2015, she received the scientific title of associate professor, and in 2018 – the scientific degree of Doctor of Legal Sciences (DSc).

She did not clarify what she meant by “current situation”.
