Türkiye starts mass arrest of terrorist suspects
The Consulate of Uzbekistan in Istanbul published recommendations for compatriots who plan to visit Türkiye.

Information spread on social networks that 70 people suspected of belonging to the international terrorist group ISIS were arrested by Turkish law enforcement agencies.
Among those detained was a 39-year-old citizen of Uzbekistan, born in the Andijan region.
As the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Istanbul reported, as a result of the intervention of lawyers, allegations about the involvement of a compatriot in the specified terrorist group were not confirmed and he was released.
Citizens of Uzbekistan were also recommended:
• not to be a member of extremist channels and sites on Telegram, Instagram, Tik-Tok, YouTube and WhatsApp;
• not to store or distribute fanatical songs, lectures, photographs on mobile phones;
• not to respond to religious invitations or dating offers from unknown persons via email.
“Every good or bad behavior committed abroad affects the reputation of our country and people, as well as its activities,” the Consulate General said in a statement.
