Azerbaijan and Central Asian countries to hold joint military exercises

The armed forces of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan will conduct joint exercises named "The Unity – 2024", Armiya.az reports with reference to the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.
A conference held in Kazakhstan's Aktau city discussed preparations for the exercises and various issues related to upcoming tasks.
The exercises are scheduled for July at Kazakhstan's Oymasha training ground, as well as at the Tyub-Karagan Peninsula in the Caspian Sea. There, they will conduct combat readiness tasks to identify areas of armed conflict.
