Ministry of Culture announces new rector for State Institute of Arts and Culture
Nodirbek Sayfullayev, formerly serving in the Presidential Administration, has been appointed to a new role.

Nodirbek Sayfullayev has taken up the mantle as the rector of the State Institute of Arts and Culture of Uzbekistan, according to the press service of the Ministry of Culture.
Before assuming this new position, Nodirbek Sayfullayev led the department responsible for culture and art development within the Presidential Administration.
Odil Abdurakhmonov, head of the Department for Social Development under the Presidential Administration, formally introduced the new rector to the university's staff.
