According to the complaint, “Alliance Motors” LLC in Tashkent had entered into contracts with customers but failed to deliver the cars on time. Some customers were given their vehicles but were left struggling without the proper documentation.
"On May 19, 2024, I signed a contract with “Alliance Motors” LLC to purchase a BYD car. I initially paid 63.9 million UZS to the dealership, and on May 20, I paid another 178.5 million UZS.
Davlat Narziev, who introduced himself as the dealership's director, promised to deliver the car within 15 days. After this period passed, I started asking for the car. He kept deceiving me, saying it would be delivered soon. On June 29, 2024, he told me that my car had arrived and I needed to pay the remaining amount according to the contract. I went to the dealership and made the remaining payment. The next day, they delivered the car to my house on a tow truck. However, to this day, they have not fully issued the car's documents," said the complainant Asilbek Boboyorov.
The complaint also emphasized that officials of “Allianslce Motors” LLC have been deceiving dozens of people who have made payments, failing to deliver the cars on time as per the contracts.
According to the open data from the Statistics Agency, “Alliance Motors” LLC, registered in December 2021, belongs to Davlatbek Narziev.
It should be recalled that at the end of March this year, the owners of the My Cars dealership in Tashkent, who had fraudulently obtained 6.1 billion UZS from 74 citizens by promising to deliver cars within three months, were arrested.
Shortly after, it was revealed that the owners of four car dealerships dealing in electric vehicles colluded, gained the trust of hundreds of people, took out loans in their names for $200, promised to repay the loans within two months, and misappropriated billions of UZS.
