Ambassador of Egypt completing her diplomatic mission in Uzbekistan

The Minister of Foreign Affairs held a meeting with the outgoing Ambassador of Egypt.

Uzbekistan's Foreign Minister, Bakhtiyor Saidov, received the Egyptian Ambassador to Uzbekistan, Amira Fahmy, who is completing her diplomatic mission in the country.

"We are pleased to highlight the significant positive dynamics in bilateral relations over recent years. We are grateful to the Ambassador for her contribution to enriching the ties between our two countries and wish her every success in her future endeavors," wrote Bakhtiyor Saidov in his Telegram channel.

Amira Fahmy has served as the Egyptian Ambassador to Uzbekistan for over three years, since December 2020.
