President Mirziyoyev hosts official welcoming ceremony for Pakistan’s Prime Minister

On February 26, a formal welcoming ceremony was held at the International Congress Center in Tashkent for the Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Shehbaz Sharif, who arrived in Uzbekistan on an official visit.

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev warmly greeted the distinguished guest and invited him to the podium. A military orchestra played the national anthems of both countries.

The two leaders then reviewed the honor guard and introduced members of their official delegations to each other.

Following the official ceremony, they posed for a joint photograph before proceeding to closed-door talks.
