Uzbekistan tops medal table at World Boxing Cup in Brazil
The World Boxing Cup took place in Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil, where the Uzbekistan national boxing team delivered an outstanding performance. Competing under the organization of World Boxing, the Uzbekistan team secured five gold, two silver, and one bronze medal, earning them first place in the overall team standings.
Gold Medals:
- 50 kg: Asilbek Jalilov
- 75 kg: Fazliddin Erkinboev
- 80 kg: Javohir Ummataliev
- 90 kg: Turabek Khabibullaev
- +90 kg: Jahongir Zakirov
Silver Medals:
- 55 kg: Mirazizbek Mirzakhalilov
- 85 kg: Akmaljon Isroilov
Bronze Medal:
- 60 kg: Madiyar Daniyarov
Thanks to these results, Uzbekistan ranked first in the team standings, outperforming other strong boxing nations at the event.
