Pilgrims from Uzbekistan to depart for Hajj 2025 starting May 13
Pilgrims from Uzbekistan will depart for Saudi Arabia between May 13 and May 28, 2025, for the annual Hajj pilgrimage. According to the Muslim Board of Uzbekistan, flights will be operated daily during this period.
The flights will depart from airports in Tashkent, Bukhara, Namangan, Samarkand, Karshi, Termez, Urgench, Navoi, and Nukus, with destinations set for the holy city of Medina. Uzbekistan Airways will carry out the flights in cooperation with FlyNas and FlyAdeal airlines.
Preparations for the Hajj are actively underway. Medical examinations have been conducted for all pilgrims, and vaccinations have been administered. Group leaders and medical staff have been assigned, pre-departure training sessions have been organized, and all necessary travel documents have been processed.
In addition, each pilgrim has been provided with a “Hajj – A Great Act of Worship” guidebook, a travel bag, sleeping mat, thermos, umbrella, SIM card, and power bank.
