Uzbekistan imports nearly 886,000 mobile phones in Q1 2025
Uzbekistan imported 885,800 mobile phones worth $89.6 million in the first three months of 2025, according to data released by the Statistics Committee.
The figures reflect a steady demand for mobile devices in the country, with the majority of imports originating from Asian manufacturing hubs. China remained the dominant supplier, accounting for 679,200 units, which is more than three-quarters of the total imported phones.
Vietnam followed with 175,800 devices, while the United Arab Emirates and India exported 15,500 and 14,500 units to Uzbekistan, respectively. A combined 800 phones were imported from other countries.
