The Committee for the Development of Competition and Protection of Consumer Rights reported that during a regional review, numerous violations were detected. In some cases, household waste was not collected, yet residents were still charged, and service delivery remained incomplete.
A special commission concluded that the companies Rahnamo Servis, Zero-Waste, Zangiota Obodon, Angren Bunyod Fayz, and Ohangaron Sanitariya Tozalash breached provisions of the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights. Legal proceedings have been initiated against the companies, and measures have been taken to suspend their operations pending review.
The committee emphasized the importance of strict compliance with service agreements and consumer protection laws to prevent similar cases in the future.
