Migration Agency announces 200 job vacancies for truck drivers in Japan
The Migration Agency of Uzbekistan, in collaboration with the Japanese company Proud Partners, has announced a recruitment drive for 200 delivery driver positions in Japan. The program offers competitive salaries and comprehensive support for successful candidates.
According to the agency, selected applicants will be required to complete an eight-month free training course in the city of Angren, Tashkent region, starting in April 2026. During the training period, participants will be provided with free dormitory accommodation.
Candidate requirements and selection process
The selection process will be conducted via online interviews by Proud Partners from March 30 to April 3. To be eligible, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Age: Between 21 and 35 years old.
- Licensing: Possession of a BC category driver’s license, with at least three years of experience since obtaining the C category.
- Skills: Proficiency in the Japanese language is considered a significant advantage.
- Agreement: Consent to the specific terms and conditions of the employment contract.
Compensation and working conditions
Successful candidates can expect a monthly salary ranging from $1,200 to $2,000, with additional pay provided for overtime hours. Furthermore, performance-based bonuses may be awarded twice a year.
The work follows a shift-based schedule. While the employer provides housing, an average of $200 will be deducted from the monthly wage to cover accommodation costs. Food expenses are to be covered by the employees themselves.
Logistics and benefits
The program is designed to minimize the financial burden on the workers. The following costs and services are covered under the agreement:
- Travel: Airfare to Japan is fully covered.
- Legal: Assistance with work visa processing is provided.
- Insurance: Employees will be provided with both medical and social insurance.
All interested candidates must register through the "Xorijda ish" (Work Abroad) platform. Representatives from the Migration Agency will contact those whose qualifications meet the stated requirements.
