During talks with Hainan Governor Liu Xiaoming, both sides committed to developing interregional cooperation across trade, investment, education, healthcare, and tourism. The visit's centerpiece was the signing of a memorandum establishing official sister-region relations between Andijan and Hainan.

The delegation also participated in the Andijan–Hainan Trade, Economic and Investment Cooperation Forum, organized with the support of Uzbekistan's Consulate General in Guangzhou. The forum drew heads of the province's foreign affairs and commerce departments, representatives of economic associations, and more than 150 leading local companies.

Participants were presented with the investment and tourism potential of Andijan region, as well as the business conditions on offer there. The Andijan delegation held talks with more than 15 companies operating in agriculture, furniture manufacturing, construction materials, electrical engineering, and logistics, with a number of agreements signed on potential joint projects.

The visit wrapped up with an agreement to organize business missions from Hainan's economic bodies and leading companies to Andijan, alongside plans to move forward on investment projects in the region.
