Uzbekistan's fruit and vegetable exports hit $454.5 million in January–April
Uzbekistan exported 489.5 thousand tons of fruit and vegetable products worth $454.5 million during the period from January to April 2026, according to the National Statistics Committee.
This volume represents an increase of 25.9 thousand tons, or 5.6 percent, compared to the corresponding period from the previous year.
The export volume consisted largely of vegetables, which accounted for 239.8 thousand tons of the total shipments.
Fruit and berry exports reached 86.6 thousand tons, while mung beans contributed 26.2 thousand tons to the overall volume. Additionally, outbound shipments included 9.2 thousand tons of peanuts and nuts, along with 0.2 thousand tons of watermelons and melons. Miscellaneous agricultural products made up the remaining 127.6 thousand tons of the four-month export total.
