Higher education accounted for the largest share of the total, making up 42.4% of all education services provided during the period, according to the National Statistics Committee.

Tashkent accounted for more than half of the country’s education services, with the capital recording UZS 12.7 trillion in services during the first six months of the year.

Samarkand and Fergana regions followed with UZS 1.5 trillion each, while Andijan region recorded UZS 1.2 trillion.

Tashkent and Namangan regions each accounted for UZS 1.1 trillion, followed by Bukhara region with UZS 1 trillion.

Kashkadarya region recorded UZS 877.7 billion in education services, while the Republic of Karakalpakstan reached UZS 691.3 billion.

Khorezm region recorded UZS 602.5 billion, followed by Surkhandarya region with UZS 577.8 billion and Navoi region with UZS 373.6 billion.

Jizzakh and Syrdarya regions recorded UZS 323.9 billion and UZS 243.6 billion, respectively.
