Alexandra Kolesnichenko has been appointed director of the Public Fund for Support and Development of National Mass Media, the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Fund, Saida Mirziyoyeva, reported on her Telegram channel.
This position was previously held by Khushnudbek Khudayberdiyev, who was transferred to UzA to become Deputy Director-General.
Prior to her appointment, Kolesnichenko worked as department head at the Agency for Information and Mass Communications.
Aleksandra Kolesnichenko is a master of sports and played for the Uzbekistan national team at the Federation Cup. In 2012, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from KIMEP University in Almaty, and in 2016, she graduated from the Bahçeşehir University (Bachelor of Public Relations) in Turkey.
