Over 400 babies born at Zangiota Infectious Diseases Hospital in Jan-Nov 2021
Khilola Alimova, deputy director of the Zangiota Infectious Diseases Hospital No. 1, said that the center was currently treating seven babies and 97 children under the age of 18, Gazeta.uz reports referring to the press service of the Health Ministry.
It is noted that in the intensive care units of the COVID center, 2 sick children are receiving treatment under the supervision of doctors and nurses.
“There are 64 pregnant women among the patients, 3 of whom are currently being treated in the intensive care unit. It is noteworthy that 422 babies have been born in our hospital since the beginning of this year,” the doctor said.
