President of Turkmenistan dismisses the country’s ambassador to Uzbekistan
According to the decree of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, Yazguli Mammedov has been released from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Uzbekistan.

Reportedly, he is being transferred to another job.
Yazguli Mammedov was appointed ambassador to Uzbekistan in July 2018. Before that, he served as the ambassador of Turkmenistan to Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia and Thailand.
Yazguli Mammedov replaced Shiri Shiriev, who headed the diplomatic mission of Turkmenistan in Tashkent in 2012-2018.
