Uzbekistan appoints new ambassador to Malaysia
Karomidin Gadoev has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Malaysia.

Prior to the appointment, he worked as the deputy head of the Department for Cooperation with the UN and other international political organizations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
According to the Dunyo news agency, Gadoev is 59 years old.
He replaced Ravshan Usmanov, who headed the diplomatic mission in Kuala Lumpur from 2018 to 2023.
