Mining farm in Samarkand embezzles electricity worth 10 billion soums (video)

Another raid event was held in Samarkand region by Uzenergoinspektsiya under the Ministry of Energy with the participation of law enforcement agencies and experts of “Regional Electric Networks” JSC, the press service of the Ministry of Energy reported.
During the event, it was found out that G.B.M. LLC (it was registered as a furniture production workshop, but secretly engaged in mining activities), which has been operating in Samarkand, organized a mining farm with 47 units of mining devices.
According to the preliminary calculations, more than 9 billion 852 million soums would be collected from this LLC to the interests of the state.
Relevant documents were submitted to the law enforcement agencies to take action against the offending consumer in the prescribed manner.
