Uzbekistan Airways flights diverted from Moscow due to drone attack
According to the press service of Uzbekistan Airways, several flights were forced to divert to alternate airfields due to restrictions imposed at a number of Moscow airports.
The following flights were affected by the redirection:
— HY9607 Bukhara – Moscow (Vnukovo) was diverted to Samara International Airport.
— HY611 Tashkent – Moscow (Vnukovo) was diverted to Pulkovo International Airport (St. Petersburg).
— HY9615 Urgench – Moscow (Vnukovo) was diverted to Pulkovo International Airport.
— HY603 Tashkent – Moscow (Domodedovo) was diverted to Urgench International Airport.
It was noted that once the restrictions are lifted, all flights will resume their original routes. Schedule adjustments for the airline's subsequent flights are also expected.
Earlier this morning, Moscow was subjected to a massive drone attack. Several flights were redirected to alternate airfields.
