The majority of Uzbek tourists preferred destinations within the region, with neighboring Kyrgyzstan attracting the highest number of visitors. A total of 631,240 Uzbek nationals visited Kyrgyzstan in the first quarter of the year. Tajikistan and Kazakhstan followed, drawing 281,539 and 240,644 visitors respectively.

Among non-CIS countries, Saudi Arabia stood out as the most popular destination, with 112,274 Uzbeks traveling there – likely influenced by religious pilgrimages and the country’s expanding tourism sector. Russia also remained a common choice, hosting 69,065 Uzbek tourists during the same period.
