Tashkent to raise tariffs for hot water and heating supply
A decision has been made to increase tariffs for hot water and heating supply in the capital. The measure was approved at a meeting of the city council of people’s deputies on August 22.
For households, payments will rise by 15 percent – from UZS 121,600 to UZS 139,800 per Gcal (excluding VAT).
Legal entities will pay 40 percent more – UZS 342,200 instead of UZS 244,497 per Gcal.
For budget-funded organizations, the increase amounts to 18.8 percent, setting the tariff at UZS 952,700.
The base tariff will also rise by 7 percent to UZS 711,960.
The effective date for introducing the new tariffs has not yet been announced.
