The mosque complex spans over 7 hectares and is designed to accommodate more than 5,000 worshippers simultaneously. The architectural ensemble features four soaring minarets, each reaching a height of 70 meters, alongside a three-story main building. The design incorporates spacious prayer halls and traditional "ayvan" terraces, blending the finest traditions of Islamic and Oriental architecture with modern engineering solutions.

Inside the facility, visitors are greeted by unique examples of Islamic calligraphy and intricate ornamental carvings. Externally, the mosque’s facade is defined by oriental domes and national patterns that pay homage to the shared cultural heritage of the region.

Beyond the main structure, extensive beautification efforts are underway on a 4.2-hectare area surrounding the mosque. The grounds are being transformed into a public space featuring lush green zones, pedestrian walkways, and dedicated recreation areas. Modern lighting systems, fountains, and decorative installations are being installed to ensure the site becomes a prominent landmark for both locals and tourists.

The construction of this mosque by Uzbekistan is regarded as a powerful gesture of brotherhood toward the people of Kazakhstan. Officials noted that the project serves as a vivid symbol of the centuries-old friendship, cultural proximity, and the strategic partnership that defines the relationship between the two neighboring states.

During the visit, verses from the Holy Quran were recited, and prayers were offered for the continued peace, prosperity, and well-being of both nations. The mosque is expected to become not only a spiritual center but also a major cultural attraction within Turkistan’s evolving urban landscape.
